General Policies
Patrons that are vaccinated and symptom free of covid-19 may remove facial coverings in the theatre. We ask that unvaccinated patrons to wear masks in the theatre. If you are experiencing covid-like symptoms, please stay home and get well. We are happy to exchange your tickets for a different night.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
